The process begins with an initial meeting to discuss your vision, goals, and project budget. By asking thoughtful questions and having a collaborative conversation, we’ll align our expectations and lay the foundation for a successful project. For added clarity, we’ll walk you through our process and the design-build timeline. Once we determine we’re the right fit for each other, we’ll move forward with designing and planning your project.

After deciding we’re a great fit, we’ll proceed with a Design Feasibility Agreement and begin exploring your design options. During this phase, we’ll measure your home and have you complete a design questionnaire to outline your specific needs and desired aesthetic. Our designer will collaborate with you to create initial floor plans and finishes, while providing a preliminary budget range. This step ensures your project’s design and cost are both feasible before moving forward.

Once the design aligns with your vision and budget, we’ll move into the Project Development Agreement phase. Here, the project plans are fully developed into detailed documents required to secure permits and guide construction.

With every detail defined, you and your designer will select finish materials that suit your style and taste. To bring the vision to life, you’ll also see 3D renderings of the new space, helping you truly visualize what it will feel like to stand in your newly transformed home.

As part of the Project Development phase, we’ll bring in our team and expert trade partners for a comprehensive walk-through of the project site. This allows everyone to evaluate existing conditions, review the design plans, and solidify the scope of work. You’ll meet both our trade partners and your project manager during this step. Once the walk-through is complete, we’ll compile bids and material pricing to create a clear project proposal.

At this stage, we’ll present a detailed scope of work and project proposal. This includes a comprehensive overview of the work to be done, along with a fixed-fee contract price. We’ll address any remaining questions you may have and share a preliminary project schedule, so you know exactly what to expect. To begin construction, we’ll finalize the Construction Agreement and start bringing your vision to life.

With the Construction Agreement signed, we’ll hit the ground running by ordering materials and coordinating with our trusted trade partners to confirm start and completion dates. We’ll also secure all necessary permits and set you up with access to our online project management system, where you’ll find real-time updates on your project. A few weeks before construction begins, you’ll meet your project manager for an on-site pre-construction walk-through to review expectations and preparations.

This is the exciting part—watching your vision come to life! Our team will protect your home by setting up site barriers to minimize dust and disruption, ensuring the rest of your living space remains undisturbed. We follow a clean and controlled deconstruction process, with daily clean-ups to keep your project area safe and tidy.

Your experienced project manager oversees every detail and maintains regular communication with you throughout the process. From managing timelines to addressing potential challenges before they arise, we ensure your remodeling experience is smooth and meets the highest standards.

As the project nears completion, we’ll conduct a final walk-through with you to address any final touches and ensure everything is exactly as planned. We also provide a professional cleaning of the space, making it immediately ready for you to enjoy. Once you’re fully satisfied, you’ll sign a Certificate of Completion, and your warranty period will officially begin. This marks the end of our work but the start of a new chapter in your beautifully improved home.
